Returns and exchanges
All orders are shipped via MRW. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email notifying you of the carrier and the tracking and tracing number.
MRW delivery
Deliveries take 4 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

How to return
Thank you for your purchase at martinamaletti.com and we are sorry for any inconvenience you may have experienced. If you wish to make a return, please follow these steps:
- Returns must be made within 14 days.
- Pack the item(s): pack the item(s) you wish to return making sure they are in their original condition to receive a full refund.
- Request the return address: send an email to customerservice@martinamaletti.com specifying the order number, the garments you wish to return and the reason for return.
- Return costs: Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to cover the costs associated with returns. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
- Refund: once we receive the package and verify that the garment is in perfect condition, we will proceed with the corresponding refund.
Refunds
When your return has been received by our warehouse, you will be notified by email. You will receive a full refund within 14 working days of receipt. The refund will be made in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase and in the same currency. Please note that the exact timing will depend on the bank or credit card issuer.
