No, pre-orders are non-returnable, as they are made exclusively for each customer.

Yes, in-stock products can be returned within 15 days of receipt, provided that:

  1. They have not been washed or used.
  2. Keep the original labels in perfect condition.

Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
